What does pleasure mean to you?
How do you perceive it?
Do you really let yourself be in pleasure without doubt and guilt?
This workshop aims to reconnect us with the power and knowledge of our body through the highlighted awareness of the senses, through the intended experience of mundane actions; tools that are available to everyone in our daily life. This change of perspective over our day-to-day affairs gives us the opportunity to generate within ourselves an antidote to the overstimulation generated in our society, building up skills for us to recognize and understand our own behavior and patterns.
The sessions are designed to step into a shared experience of sensorial explorations that prompt body movement and awareness.
Please come 10 to 15min earlier to the location to get ready.
